Give Him 15 – Appeal to Heaven
By Dutch Sheets
I invite you to join me each day as we pray for our nation until the election crisis has resolved. I’ll be reading the daily Give Him 15, making comments, and then we will pray together. You can join me here as we Appeal to Heaven for America.
Time for a Severe Shaking
There are times when things seem to move very slowly and then there are “suddenly” moments where everything falls into place. We need a “suddenly” moment. We hear and see various kinds of information. We take hope in the reports from the Trump Campaign attorneys who say there are several possible ways forward in order to secure this election. We hear promises that something significant is coming, but we are not yet seeing the “suddenly” moment. We must not give up but continue to press in and contend. Our nation’s future is dependent on the prayers of the saints!
I cannot stress to you enough how very important this week will be. It is critical that we ramp up our intercession and push this over the top. In fact, I plan to go to a number of key states and hold prayer gatherings there this week. Yes, it is a holiday week but I really don’t care. This prayer assignment is pressing and we must do it now. The Ekklesia must come together and contend for these contested states.
God is shaking something. I feel this strongly. He is shaking everything in the natural realm that can be shaken. He is going to shake out fraud. He is going to shake out lies. He’s going to shake the architects of these plots out of the nests where they are hiding. We are living in extraordinary times and God Himself is fighting this battle. This is His nation and He has a plan. The fullness of time has come for Satan and those he is borrowing to do his work. It is exposure time and it is time for justice. Let’s turn the lights on!
Let us rise up. Encourage yourself with God’s word and truth. Speak out His Word. Declare His promises. Do not get distracted this week—not this year. Decree, “Everything that can be shaken will be shaken and God’s Kingdom will reign in America!”
“The Lord is a God who avenges. O God who avenges, shine forth. Rise up, Judge of the earth; pay back to the proud what they deserve. How long, Lord, will the wicked, how long will the wicked be jubilant? They pour out arrogant words; all the evildoers are full of boasting. They crush your people, Lord; they oppress your inheritance. For the Lord will not reject his people; he will never forsake his inheritance. Judgment will again be founded on righteousness, and all the upright in heart will follow it.” (Psalm 94:1-5; 14-15; NIV)
Give Him 15 minutes in prayer:
What do you need to do to contend for America this week? Will you fast and pray with me? This is a big sacrifice, but I believe the Lord is asking us to make it. We must all stand for America’s covenant with God.
Ask the Lord to shake all that can be shaken in the natural realm. Ask Him to shake out the corruption, the lies, and the plots. Ask for the people behind the plans to be fully exposed regardless of who they are!
Say, “God will not be mocked. Every evildoer who thought they could hide from God is about to confront the Light of the Living God.”
Proclaim, “For the Lord will not reject his people; he will never forsake his inheritance. Judgment will again be founded on righteousness in America, and all the upright in heart will follow it.”
A prayer you can pray:
Father, stir us up in our faith. It is time to go into the most heated week of spiritual battle we have faced yet. Right when others are getting ready to relax, You are calling a remnant to press in. You are standing up and You are shaking, shaking, shaking everything in the natural pertaining to this election. You are shaking key states. You will shake laws. You will shake governors, legislators, and courts. You are shaking out fraud. You are shaking out lies from the top to the bottom. You are shaking out the whistleblowers and they will come forward by the thousands. They will not just come from the six states in contention currently. We pray they will come from many states and say what they have seen.
Most importantly, You are going to shake those that devised these plans of wickedness. Those that planned this coup against President Donald John Trump and the United States of America. They are going to be found out. Let them fear the Lord God Almighty, Maker of the Heavens and the Earth. It is time for their pride to be cut off. It is time for them to see who they have been plotting and planning against. You will no longer be mocked. This is Your covenant nation, Lord. These are Your promises and people. You have not forgotten us. We will war with You in Jesus’ Holy Name. Amen.
Everything that can be shaken will be shaken and God’s Kingdom will reign in America!
The Trump campaign is bringing “legitimate accusations” to court through affidavits of credible witnesses and other evidence used in its challenges to electoral outcomes in various states, Federal Election Commission Chairman Trey Trainor said.
Trainor said his review of evidence, including numerous affidavits claiming voter fraud and a sworn statement by a prominent mathematician flagging up to 100,000 Pennsylvania ballots, met the first level of legal scrutiny under what’s known as motion to dismiss or “Rule 12(b)(6)” of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, which would dismiss less credible claims.
Noting the subsequent legal threshold beyond a “motion to dismiss” is the “summary judgment phase,” Trainor said that under this phase, the credibility of witnesses is presumed to be accurate, especially given the caliber of the testimonies Trainor has observed to date.
“When considering a motion for summary judgment, a judge will view all evidence in the light most favorable to the movant’s opponent,” explains Cornell University Law School’s Legal Information Institute website.
“What I would be concerned with, if I were on the other side of these election contests that are going on around the country, is that if you look at the level of evidence that has been provided by these affidavits — hundreds of affidavits that corroborate events that have happened on the ground — in a summary judgment phase of these cases, you have to take the evidence of the plaintiff as being true,” Trainor told “Just the News AM” television show Friday morning.
“The court has to take the evidence of the plaintiff as being true and see whether or not the other side can make a case against it,” added Trainor. “So, the massive amounts of affidavits that we see in these cases show that there was in fact fraud that took place. And the other side really needs to answer these questions.”
On Thursday the Trump campaign, led by former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani, presented what it called its “opening statement” in a press conference. Members of the campaign’s legal team reiterated that it would seek to protect the privacy of many of its sworn witnesses, waiting to sharing their identities with the court, to shield them from potential harassment.
With the Trump campaign’s lawsuits in targeted battleground states across the country in various phases of progress through the courts, Trainor said, “At the end of the day, what I would say is that these are legitimate accusations that are going to be tried in court.”
“And we need to let this legal process play out,” Trainor added, “so that we come to a valid conclusion to this election that everybody believes to be legitimate.”
In an interview with John Solomon on a Just the News election special, renowned legal scholar Alan Dershowitz said that Trump campaign legal challenges to 2020 presidential election results could rise to the Supreme Court, provided that plaintiffs demonstrate that sufficient numbers of votes were affected to influence outcomes in particular states.
Dershowitz also said it was an uphill battle for Trump to win the election, saying the constitutional questions raised by the possible lack of certifying election results in certain states have never been asked before in American history.
The national conservative legal group Amistad Project of the Thomas More Society on Friday announced that it will file federal and state lawsuits challenging the presidential election results in Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, Michigan, Nevada, Georgia and Arizona. The Trump campaign is joining with the Amistad Project on the lawsuits on a case-by-case basis, Giuliani said.
